Overview

The ECU Survey Research Centre, located on ECU’s Joondalup Campus, specialises in high quality data collection by conducting outbound telephone surveys for various clients and their research objectives.  Our Centre has state-of-the-art technology to conduct outbound telephone surveys, with staff trained in general research methods.
The ECU SRC is looking to appoint outbound casual Market Research Interviewers who possess the following attributes:

  • Desirable to have previous experience in a call centre environment collecting data.
  • MUST be available to do shift work at least 3 shifts between Mon – Fri from 2pm/4pm-8pm AND 1 shift on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday 10am-4pm
  • Good communication skills and an excellent phone manner
  • Proficient general computer skills
  • High level of proficiency in electronically recording data accurately and efficiently
  • MUST be reliable to attend shifts as booked to complete projects in required deadlines

In addition, you will be required to attain a Police Clearance.

You MUST be available for a minimum of 4 shifts a week – 3 in the evenings (Mon-Fri) and 1 weekend day shift. Evening shifts are mostly 4-8pm and weekend shift is 10-4pm. Shift times can range between 3hrs and 5hrs.
