Position Description:

The Kent School of Social Work and Family Science is seeking a qualified candidate for a Program Manager III. This position includes analyzing data, interpreting results, writing reports for stakeholders, presentations at professional conferences, webinars and trainings, as well as other products for dissemination of findings of the evaluation research efforts (such as white papers, research briefs, newsletters, etc.). The position must be able to write and execute an analysis plan for the storage, analysis and interpretation of data, prepare data summaries and interim reports, write reports for research projects and negotiate their review and dissemination with others. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implements and monitors activities in pursuit of project goals, objectives and deliverables.
  • Establishes deliverables' priorities, develops and oversees implementation plans.
  • Supervises clinical specialist staff in implementation of project deliverables.
  • Conducts data analysis using CANS and child welfare screening data and communicate results to the field
  • Provides leadership and consultation to State agencies on matters related to screening and assessment by serving on committees and collaboratives.
  • Develops curricula for conferences and delivers presentations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with State agencies to provide subject matter expertise around behavioral health screening and assessment.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
