Main duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Learning and Organisational Development professional to join our highly regarded team of L&OD Business Partners. This is a varied and exciting role and the successful candidate will design, deliver and evaluate a range of development interventions to further organisational effectiveness and staff development and engagement. This will include delivering workshops, leadership and management programmes, team development activities, and other organisational development initiatives to support change.

Skill and experience required

You will have had experience of Learning and Organisational Development, Staff Development or Learning and Development within a complex and diverse organisation. You will be able to design and deliver learning materials on a range of topics and for a variety of audiences as well as manage other organisational development initiatives. Excellent presentation skills, communication and writing skills are a must alongside the ability to deal with frequently changing and multiple priorities whilst managing projects. You will be able to successfully build and develop excellent working relationships across the organisation.

Qualifications required

You will have a minimum of a degree (or equivalent qualifications) or substantial proven experience. You will have a recognised professional qualification (e.g. Associate or Chartered Member of CIPD or equivalent) or be close to completion, or have equivalent substantial proven experience within Learning and Organisational Development / Staff Development / Learning and Development.
