Job Summary/Basic Function

Provides general office assistance to the faculty, staff and students who work in or visit the University.

Specific Responsibilities

Answering phone
Greeting students, faculty, parents
Answer questions to incoming Honors students
Run errands around campus for staff

Work Schedule

Work schedule will be determined by student availability and office needs. Need someone with availability to work specific hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Job Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General office responsibilities including, but not limited to, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, deliveries, and record keeping .Answer and direct calls and visitors.
Complete tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
Maintain confidentiality of personal and University business within the office.
Deliver documents and paperwork across campus.
Create and/or update spreadsheets.
Operate copy/printer/fax/scan machine in office.
Additional duties as assigned.
