The Biocommunication Group at ETH Zürich, led by Professor Consuelo De Moraes, is looking for a student assistant to work approx. 15 hours per month, starting as soon as possible. The position is available on a long-term basis, and ideally we are looking for a student who would want to stay for more than 6 months. Which days and times are worked are flexible upon discussion.

Job description

The job includes laboratory cleaning and maintenance, rearing various insect species, looking after and potting plants, and helping students and staff prepare their experiments.

Your profile

You must be a current Bachelor or Master student at ETH or UZH, fluent in English, comfortable working with insects (eg. beetles, bees, mosquitoes).
