We also have our own GPU high-performance cluster to allow for very large-scale machine learning experiments.
ICS members are heavily involved, with leading roles, in large national and international projects (e.g., NCCR PlanetS, Euclid, LISA Consortium, Einstein Telescope, SKAO) and several groups in applied mathematics, statistics, data science and computer-based visualization are co-affiliated with the institute. Additionally, further funding opportunities for smaller scale expenses exist inside UZH, the Faculty of Science, and the ICS.
