Green Marketing: An Opportunity for Innovation and Sustainable Development of Land areas

Annotation:

For sustainability and growth, it is essential to focus on innovative environmentally friendly trends. The dissertation thesis focuses on the opportunities and challenges of green marketing to achieve the goals of sustainable development, and one of the most important challenges is the promotion of responsible production and consumption. The concept of green marketing is a key aspect in the development of an innovative approach that contributes to the creation of sustainable territorial development. The use of green marketing makes it possible to protect the environment in the best possible way, to have as few harmful effects as possible and to promote the awareness of consumers about the environment and thereby contribute to the goals of sustainable development of territories. The aim of the dissertation will be research carried out in accordance with European efforts in the field of climate change and several initiatives in the field of climate measures and territorial sustainability. The methods for processing the topic of the dissertation will be qualitative as well as quantitative methods for the purpose of evaluating the principles of green marketing and the impacts of green marketing on the sustainable development of territories.

The research will be part of partial goals within the project: Towards Sustainable Land-use Strategies in the Context of Climate Change and Biodiversity Challenges in Europe (EUROPE-LAND).

 

Zelený marketing: Príležitosť pre inovácie a trvalo udržateľný rozvoj území

Anotácia:

Pre udržateľnosť a rast je nevyhnutné sa sústrediť na inovatívne trendy šetrné k životnému prostrediu. Dizertačná práca sa zameriava na príležitosti a výzvy zeleného marketingu na dosiahnutie cieľov trvalo udržateľného rozvoja a jednou z najdôležitejších výziev je podpora zodpovednej výroby a spotreby. Koncept zeleného marketingu je kľúčovým aspektom vo vývoji inovačného prístupu, ktorý prispieva k vytvoreniu trvalo udržateľného rozvoja území. Využitie zeleného marketingu umožňuje chrániť životné prostredie čo najlepším spôsobom, mať čo najmenej škodlivých účinkov a podporovať povedomie spotrebiteľov o životnom prostredí a tým prispieť k cieľom trvalo udržateľného rozvoja území. Cieľom dizertačnej práce bude výskum realizovaný v súlade s európskym úsilím v oblasti klimatických zmien a viacerými iniciatívami v oblasti klimatických opatrení a udržateľnosti území. Metódami pre spracovanie témy dizertačnej práce budú kvalitatívne ako aj kvantitatívne metódy za účelom hodnotenia princípov zeleného marketingu a dopadov zeleného marketingu na udržateľný rozvoj území.

Výskum bude súčasťou parciálnych cieľov v rámci projektu Towards Sustainable Land-use Strategies in the Context of Climate Change and Biodiversity Challenges in Europe (EUROPE-LAND) (2023 – 2027).
