Offer Description
The International Center of Biodynamics is organizing the competition for the fixed-term, full-time/part-time employment (according to the funding request and the schedule of activities) of 2 postdoctoral researcher positions and 2 doctoral researcher positions, provided for in the Towards high project -throughput biosensors with increased sensitivity and specificity (BIOSENSE)" - CF 129/31.07.2023, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
Requirements for the position of Postdoctoral Researcher:
• Doctor's degree in the fields of physics, biology or chemistry obtained no more than 5/8 years ago
• Research experience of at least 2 years
• Expertise in microscopy, electrical and/or surface plasmon resonance measurements, biosensors, affinity interactions
• Knowledge of Romanian and English (written and spoken)
• Romanian citizen or citizen of another European Union member state
• Resident in Romania
Requirements for the PhD position:
• Master's graduate in the field of physics, biology or chemistry (with the availability of enrollment in the Doctorate from 2024) or Doctorate student in the field of physics, biology or chemistry
• Competences in biology and physics, microscopy, electrical and/or surface plasmon resonance measurements
• Knowledge of Romanian and English (written and spoken)
• Romanian citizen or citizen of another European Union member state
• Resident in Romania

• Curriculum vitae in Europass format (including the list of publications)
• Letter of intent.
Competition samples:
1. Evaluation of tender documents in terms of meeting the specific conditions for participation
2. Interview - will take place on 23.04.2024, and the time and manner of the interview will be communicated to the participants in advance.
The list of accepted candidates following the analysis of the competition files and the final results will be published on the website of the International Center for Biodynamics www.biodyn.ro on 24.04.2024.
