Offer Description

Structural analysis of the peptides comprised various fragment of the Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) in solution and phospholipids utilizing multidimensional heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy. The studies will be performed on the two NMR spectrometers installed in Laboratory of Biological NMR (FA-05). The structural studies required preparation different variants of the peptides included 15N- and 19F-labeled residues. Multidimensional experimental data sets acquired for 15N or/and 19F resonances will be used as input for resonance assignments and structure calculations of peptides in DPC / SDS micelles or phospholipids. In addition, molecular dynamic processes will be studied based on 15N and 19F relaxation data.
