The Evaluation and Student Insights team
The mahi undertaken in Ako Marake, UC's learning and teaching focused Evaluation & Student Insights team, is designed to support the student journey through the gathering, application, and dissemination of data related to the student experience. Ako Marake bring together a range of tools and experience to investigate, focus attention, and support the organisation to continuously improve the learner journey and student outcomes at UC.

What is it like to be a Project Lead at UC ?
The Position description will give you the 'nuts and bolts' about the tasks and requirements needed to be successful in the role. However, the day-to-day experience means you'll be working collaboratively across the organisation with various stakeholders to bring about new ways of working that leverage data and institutional understanding to enhance the organisational priorities. This means working closely with many parts of UC, including senior leaders, executive deans, and academic and professional staff to ensure the research produced by Ako Marake remains relevant and can enable rapid decision making by these groups. You'll also work with your small team, to ensure that workflow is meeting organisational objectives. No two days will be the same, but one thing is for sure, the role will be both busy and rewarding.
