Your Job:

  • Development of socio-technical research questions
  • Development of evidence-based decision recommendations for political, economic and civil society actors
  • Presentation of scientific results at national and international conferences
  • Publication of results in renowned scientific journals

Your Profile:

  • Excellent master`s degree in the field of social sciences, economics or a comparable field of study
  • Knowledge in the field of quantitative data analysis
  • Motivation to work on the topics of domestic heating and energy transition
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in an international and interdisciplinary team
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

The position is for a fixed term of 3 years, with possible long-term prospects. Pay in line with 50% of pay group 13 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD-Bund) and additionally 60 % of a monthly salary as special payment („Christmas bonus“). Pay higher than the basic pay may be possible.
