Scientific department: Biophysical Chemistry and Molecular Oncology
Project: GAČR- 22-21903S, Local DNA structures and their role in mutant p53 protein function in human tumours 
Size of workload: 0.2
Length of employment: 15. 2. 2024-31. 12. 2024

Minimum educational attainment: university
Qualification level: R1
Professional requirements:

  • Completed higher education in molecular biology and genetics;
  • Experience working with electrophoretic separations, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, PCR, cloning and gene expression, DNA/RNA isolation, chromatography, microscopy, basic bioinformatics analysis, basic Python, BLAST, sequence alignment, phylogenetic relationship analysis.

Language requirements:

  • Czech at level C1
  • English at level B2
