The Fellow will develop research in one of the following areas of interest of the Wind Energy Technology Center (CT Eólico):
Area of Interest 1: Energy Efficiency
Analysis of energy efficiency in power generation projects, optimization of energy consumption for systems for lighting, refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical machines, and energy efficiency projects for buildings and industries.
Area of Interest 2: Photovoltaic Systems
Solar technologies, solar radiation, solar energy harvesting, photovoltaic cells and modules, distributed generation, sizing of solar photovoltaic systems, analysis of static and dynamic photovoltaic energy production systems, measurement for solar systems, and technologies for solar heliothermal energy.
Area of Interest 3: Wind Systems
Wind technologies, wind potential, wind turbine component technologies, distributed generation micro wind generation technologies, wind power generation projects, environmental management, wind turbines and offshore and offshore wind energy.
