| Description | The Technology Asset Lifecycle Specialist manages the full lifecycle of university technology assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, refresh, licensing, maintenance, and secure disposition. This position serves as the system administrator for the university’s IT asset management platform and maintains an accurate, auditable inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and technology equipment. The role leads annual technology asset audits, manages the university’s five-year computer refresh program, and ensures technology assets are deployed, tracked, and retired in accordance with institutional standards, security requirements, and budget objectives. | Qualifications | Associate’s degree in information technology, business administration, supply chain management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in IT asset management, technology support, or technology operations.
