Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | The Sustainability Coordinator will develop and manage programs that engage students, faculty, and staff in campus sustainability initiatives to further a culture of sustainability among all sectors of the diverse campus community. The Sustainability Coordinator will support Office of Sustainability initiatives including the collection, analysis and reporting of sustainability related data both internally and to external rating organizations; participate in the management of existing programs, conduct research into new program areas, develop program proposals, and implement new initiatives. The Coordinator will also work with the professional staff to support the sustainability programs of other campus departments, workgroups and councils; as well as collaborative projects involving multiple campus units and students. |
