TRIO/ Student Support Services
Job Summary
The Student Assistant will support TRIO/Student Support Services on the Armstrong and Liberty Campuses beginning Fall 2024.
Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.
Responsibilities
- Assist students by answering subject specific questions and in identifying and overcoming mechanical problems.
- Works with students to improve problem solving skills.
- Assists TRIO participants with class assignments.
Shift Specifics
- Up to 6 hours per week
- Flexible with schedule of availability
- Shifts available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.

- Successful completion of one or more of the following courses, or equivalent courses, with a grade of B or better:

Proposed Salary
$13.00 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
