UW Primary Care is a network of community-based clinics throughout the Puget Sound region. Our clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations (Federal Way, Ballard, Ravenna, Woodinville and Mountlake Terrace (opening January 2023!)). Our UW Medicine Primary Care clinics are consistently recognized for high quality standards by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care and the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program.

UW Primary Care - FEDERAL WAY has a rare and outstanding opportunity for a full-time (100%, 40 hours per week), day shift, RN CASE MANAGER (job profile: Registered Nurse 2). The RN Case Manager supports complex patients by facilitating the patient's implementation of the medical treatment plan through patient-centered education of disease processes and wellness opportunities, and through self-management skill development.
