We seek a research study administrator to join the research group of the long-standing Black Womens Health Study at the Boston University Slone Epidemiology Center. This individual will oversee and conduct data collection activities for a substudy. We seek enthusiastic applicants who are dedicated to working towards reducing racial disparities in various health outcomes. Primary responsibilities of this role include management and implementation of systems for participant recruitment, data collection tool development, and questionnaire data collection; tracking of participants and assisting in development of recruitment and retention strategies; direct communication with participants (Black women aged 50-80), clinical staff, and principal investigators; preparation of reports; and management of IRB applications, continuations and protocols.


  • MPH or equivalent degree required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong time management skills and being detail-oriented required
  • 1-3 years of clinical, observational, or public health research required
