The Research Scientist/Engineer 1 (E S UAW RSE) will engage in research of Syphilis vaccine development and T. pallidum transcriptomics.

This Research Scientist 1 will perform laboratory research work in support of studies on syphilis vaccine discovery and T. pallidum transcriptomics. The overall goal of the research is to find new vaccine candidates for syphilis, and testing existing vaccine candidates in the rabbit model of syphilis.
