Position Information


Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit
The Department of Geography is a teaching and research department located within the College of Arts & Sciences.
Position Summary
This position may be eligible for hybrid or remote work.
The research assistant will work on a project focused on analyzing ocean data science initiatives. The RA will be responsible for qualitative data collection and analysis, social network analysis, and contributing to development of manuscripts
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Experience with qualitative data analysis methods and software. 
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Master’s degree in geography, environmental studies or related field.
