Position Summary
This position is responsible for clinical program management, including program planning, implementation and evaluation. This position will promote the delivery of care, based on the program philosophy. The position will be responsible for oversight of daily operations related to implementation of the project/program.


Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee program operations.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coordinate grant-related tasks, including meeting grant requirements and deliverables, preparing and submission of the reports and coordinating staff and project evaluation.
  • Assist Project/Program Director in strategic planning, program development, grant writing, progress report submissions.
  • Ensure high-quality services through ongoing program evaluation.
  • Maintain and enhance key community partnerships to develop, advocate for and provide a wide range of services needed. Represent the program in key planning groups and project meetings.
  • Maintain accurate data on the program services to document program effectiveness and to support quality improvement. Ensure the successful achievement of goals/objectives as outlined by program funders. Report programmatic outcomes to funders, as required.
  • Advance the mission of the program. Ensure programs and services provided are evidence-based. Identify and secure additional funding for programs and services that are in accordance with the program mission.
  • Perform indirect, non-clinical tasks related to the job, including regular attendance at staff and other meetings and timely compilation of client data upon request.
  • May recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters-level (MSW, MPH, MHA)
  • Knowledge of program development, grant or report writing, staff supervision and computer skills.
  • Experience in delivery of services related to the program.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or Master’s degree and three years of related experience.

Salary Range
$55,600.00 - $94,900.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
