Position Details
Job Summary | Eastern Washington University is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Student Financial Services team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and staff concerning financial inquiries and transactions. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving billing issues, and facilitating various financial transactions. This position works collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and uphold the office’s commitment to service excellence and adherence to federal, state, local laws and regulations, as well as University policies, and procedures. This position involves coordinating and delivering a wide array of financial services within the Student Financial Services office. Key responsibilities include resolving billing inquiries, clarifying tuition and fee policies, processing payments, and maintaining precise financial records.

Perform specialized work related to student financial activity. Process payments accurately and efficiently, while maintaining accurate records. Provide knowledgeable assistance via phone, in-person interactions and via e-mail regarding billing inquiries, payments, explanation of charges, and other questions or concerns. Receive, sort and process incoming mail related to student-billing accounts, institutional financial accounts, and provide receipts and supporting documents as required. |
