Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A total of one (1) year (12 months) of demonstrated experience working with principal investigators in a research environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Basic knowledge of research support functions including bio sketch information and working with expenditures involving bi-weekly and monthly payroll calculations.
    • Able to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels and to develop effective working relationships with staff and a network of resources.
    • Well organized and work well under pressure. Takes initiative.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and self-initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks with competing interests and ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Demonstrated problem-solving, attention to detail and follow-through on implementation.

    You will not be required to report in person for this exam. The updated online application and all uploaded, relevant documents, such as a resume and/or college transcript will be used in the calculation of the exam score. These documents should be uploaded prior to the position close date.
