Are you an experienced and motivated leader in assessment strategies and interested in joining a dynamic and cohesive team with a passion for continuous improvement of university programs and operations to enhance the student learning and academic experience?

We’re seeking a Program Coordinator II, to ensure the functionality of the Data Collection solution in AEFIS (the assessment platform used by Texas A&M) through which programs and units document their assessment efforts. You will work closely with Assistant Directors to create and implement shared institutional assessment strategies for program-level assessment. You’ll support the development & dissemination of resources available on our website and prepare reports for program activities.

Annual Salary Range: $48,000 – $62,000

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four years of related experience in learning outcome assessment, or program assessment/evaluation in a higher education setting. The well qualified candidate may have progress towards a graduate degree in a related discipline and experience consulting with faculty, staff, and administrators in educational settings.
