This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.

Dr. Klump’s lab is seeking a part-time (i.e., up to 20 hours/week) Professional Aide who can help with several tasks for the Women's Health during Midlife study.

Professional Aide will help with several tasks for the Women's Health during Midlife study, including conducting participant assessments, scheduling and retrieving study materials, preparing biological sample shipments, and assisting with other project tasks (e.g., filing/organization, protocol updates, data management). The Professional Aide will work with other staff members to ensure efficient functioning of this project and lab.

Handling of biological samples. Several EHS Biosafety and Lab Trainings (e.g., bloodborne pathogens) must be completed before engaging in any research activities.
