Job Description:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

A post-doctoral position is available at Iowa State University to work on a project that integrates on-farm research data with statistical prediction modeling, related to a variety of agronomic management practices with emphasis on nutrient management. 

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Crop Physiology, Plant Biology, Crop Sciences, Agronomy or a related field at the time of appointment, experience in data science, statistical modeling and visualization. 

In addition, these skills, suitable research backgrounds may include any combination of the following areas: Agronomy, Cropping Systems, Nutrient Management, Meta-Analysis, and Statistics.  This work will be conducted in collaboration with Iowa Soybean Association and the applicant is expected to communicate their research to stakeholders in the form of written and oral presentation.
