Description

During the autumn, winter, and spring quarters of the 2022-23 academic year the the Department of Visual Arts and the Humanities Collegiate Division may have part-time teaching opportunities either in the Art-Music-Drama General Education (Core) courses, or in the undergraduate curriculum for majors and minors in Visual Arts.

Responsibilities will include preparing studio classes, holding regularly scheduled office hours, and the preparation and grading of assignments and instructional materials.

Depending on the curricular needs of the department, the successful candidate may teach between one and four courses per academic year.
 


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are a MA/MFA or PhD (or equivalent) in visual art or a related field, or at least one year of experience teaching visual art at the university or post-secondary level.
