Job Description

As member of the OSUWMC IT Portfolio Management Office, the Organization Change Consultant serves as a leader of interdisciplinary programs on an enterprise level. The Organization Change Consultant works with executive management across the health system and determines how technology can assist in addressing the needs of the enterprise; then translates these needs into system requirements and design specifications. The Organization Change Consultant understands how to leverage the integration of applications and technology for competitive advantage and coordinates dynamic teams of individuals who meet business objectives, schedules and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines and 6 years of relevant experience specifically in OCM IT management; change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, AIM, CMS) preferred; budget management experience strongly preferred. Interested in candidates that possess expert knowledge in schedule management and in various vertical industries.
