Hourly Rate: $14hr. Or higher, commensurate with experience and/or education 

DUTIES

  • Works closely with office staff and maintains confidentiality
  • Performs administrative duties and supports Gator Success Center events
  • Provides peer coaching, tutoring, and mentoring to students individually or in groups through presentations, workshops, outreach activities, and/or other programming focused on learning strategies and student support and services
  • Co-facilitates student groups and/or workshops
  • Leads and/or assists senior staff with student events, projects, and/or the use or development of new student success and student engagement materials
  • Maintains up-to-date information on student services and resources
  • Responds to student questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Provides support to students in learning how to make good choices
  • Assists with retention efforts of FTIC students and creates student caseload reports
  • Assists students with registering for courses
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Minimum of 30 completed credit hours
