Position Summary

WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION FROM ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF WORK STUDY AWARD

The Department of Music is seeking two student workers starting fall of 2024 to work an average of 5-10 hours per week. Preference is for students with eligible work study, but all are welcome to apply. Duties will include preparing materials for faculty recruitment trips, managing recruitment assets, and interfacing with faculty to coordinate materials and assist with recruitment events. Student workers will also engage with prospective students, educating them on the degree offerings and opportunities within the Department of Music. Additionally, this position may incorporate various administrative duties to support the staff of the Department of Music. Such duties may include assisting faculty with room reservations, making photocopies, answering the phone, and responding to emails.
