University Marketing & Communications has an exciting opening for a Marketing Project Manager. This is a full-time, 6-month temporary position.

The Marketing Project Manager supports all day-to-day workflow on marketing projects that advance the reputation, resources and relationships of the University of Washington and support its mission. Those projects could include the development of the UW Welcome Center, Portage Bay Crossing future developments, brand campaign launch components, post-season football, and aspects of integrated annual plan execution. This role is also integral in project managing various marketing projects and cross-departmental marketing projects.

As an Ambassador of the University Marketing & Communications (UMAC) team, the Marketing Project Manager embodies our values while representing brand leadership and a commitment to excellence. The role upholds, guides and facilitates the mission of University Marketing and Communications in all areas including; branding and marketing, building partnerships and collaborations across the University.

It will be crucial for this position to clearly communicate with all partners to ensure all parties are informed and updated, to report out to leadership as needed, to generate regular scheduled meetings and information sessions for all needs. It is imperative for the specialist to represent the University in a positive and knowledgeable way in all interactions.
