Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of professional IT experience within Infrastructure & Networking Engineering which includes demonstrated experience in planning, building/implementation of communication Networks (LAN/WAN/VPN) that support high performance voice, data, video and wireless network services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Unified Communications within an enterprise environment.
  • Technical knowledge of network systems, hardware, and servers. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to develop documentation to improve transparency between teams.
  • Ability to take complex networking concepts and effectively communicate to all levels of staff at the University. 
  • Experience using network concepts, technologies, and infrastructure in an enterprise sized project.

You will not be required to report in person for this exam. The updated online application and all uploaded, relevant documents, such as a resume and/or college transcript will be used in the calculation of the exam score. These documents should be uploaded prior to the position close date.
