Position Summary:

Provides information technology (IT) support services to end users in support of institutional technology operation. Provides training to end users.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Associates degree preferred or relevant experience.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Required experience:
-Strong analytical and reasoning skills
-Experience in healthcare and/or supporting clinical information systems (CIS)
-Basic level of medical knowledge and/or a willingness to learn quickly
-Ability to communicate effectively with users across the organization, orally and in writing
