Job Purpose | The HVAC Controls Technician monitors and assesses the operation of HVAC and other systems by way of a campus-wide Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) on a daily basis to assure safe, proper & efficient operation. Employees assigned to this position will install, service, repair, calibrate and perform routine maintenance on pneumatic, electric, electronic, and direct digital control (DDC) systems for heating, cooling, refrigeration and metering equipment. |
