Job Summary | Supporting the Office of the Chief Real Estate Officer, directs and oversees daily activities that support the long-term vision of the department, including property acquisition and disposition, development, investment, create plans and make recommendations regarding the Research Park Master Plan. Ensure that projects are progressing on schedule and within budget through project management and active participation in construction meetings. |
Responsibilities | Job Responsibilities: · Analyzing current and past financial data · Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends · Preparing pitch deck and business plan for small and medium size companies · Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans · Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts · Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalency and four years of progressively more responsible management analyst experience; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required. |

Preferences | • Master’s degree in Real Estate or Finance • 1+ year of relevant experience in real estate finance, corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields. • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Basic proficiency in financial modeling techniques • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions • Strong report writing skill |
