If you are currently a Non- College work Study, in order to continue work as a work-student in the Fall/Spring semesters, you must be eligible for and have been awarded the work-study financial aid funding. You can visit the financial aid office in S330 for additional information.

DUTIES

  • Performs front reception duties-Files and copies documents-Creates and types basic Word documents
  • Performs data entry-Researches conference rooms and assists with computer equipment set-up (if needed)-Runs campus errands (special duties)-Searches financial information and creates PDF files
  • Process vouchers for payment (will be trained on People Soft Financial System)-Creates basic excel spreadsheets-Assists administrative personnel in capturing department expenses

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,  AND ABILITIES

  • Students must be dependable Students must have good computer skills
  • Students must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an administrative office setting.  Experience working with Windows Office Suite Programs.
