The College of the Environment has an outstanding opportunity for Facilities Project Engineer/Architect to join their team.

The Department of Earth and Space Sciences (ESS) has an outstanding opportunity for a Facilities Project Engineer/Architect. This individual will manage the overall facilities, space and safety of the Johnson Hall (JHN), parts of the Atmospheric Sciences/Geophysics Building (ATG), and all other building areas occupied by Earth and Space Sciences both on and off campus. This position maintains the space and ensures safe procedures are in place and being followed by all lab users in Johnson Hall. Additionally, this position is responsible for instructing courses and workshops, as well as maintaining a consistent presence in Johnson Hall. It is expected this individual will be a primary point of contact for customer services related to instructional and research hardware laboratories, coordination of facilities, safety and security issues and interaction with campus organizations such as Physical Plant and Computing and Communications, ensuring accurate and appropriate answers to service requests from faculty, staff and students. This position will support programs that bring the department to its full potential, focusing on supporting all Johnson Hall users.
