Job Overview

The Enrollment Program Coordinator position reports to the Assistant Dean for Admissions and provides enrollment operations support for the JD, LLM, and MLS programs. The Program Coordinator will assist with application management, student recruitment activities, and respond to any program-related inquiries. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will assist with enrollment services, program reporting, and maintaining the assigned program webpages and other forms of electronic communication. 


Essential Functions
  • Manage day-to-day correspondence (phone and email) with JD, LLM, and MLS prospective students, applicants and admitted students. Coordinate MLS student communications and communication media (including listservs, Canvas portal) 
  • Work within data management systems (such as Unite and Slate) to maintain prospective student and applicant records, process application materials, process admissions decisions, and entering scholarship awards while maintaining data accuracy
  • Coordinate with UCO to facilitate MLS student academic advising (including course registration and student enrollment) 
  • Facilitate MLS program support including orientation, development and training, program questions, and book orders 
  • Coordinate JD, LLM, and MLS student feedback and surveys as requested  
  • Arrange JD, LLM, and MLS prospective student visits and assist any scheduled or walk-in visitors  
  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment event registrations, onsite recruitment, and admitted student events 
  • Assist with JD, LLM, and MLS program reporting (including enrollment, budget, and accreditation issues) as requested 
  • Lead special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Additional Qualifications Considered
  • Skills in Microsoft applications.  
  • Prior experience with educational and recruitment database systems, such as Catalyst, PeopleSoft products, Slate, CART, e-curriculum, and Canvas.  
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.  
  • Flexible and adaptable.  
  • Customer service oriented.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and successfully prioritize responsibilities.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve to meet task deadlines.
