education as well as the identification and removal of barriers for staff, faculty, and/or participants.

Occupational Summary

The Staff Education Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational sessions to full-time staff members within the organization.

Work Performed

Design and develop comprehensive educational curricula aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Create training materials, presentations, and resources that cater to different learning styles.

Education

Work requires a general business background generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, business or a related field.


Experience

Work requires 3 years related training and/or administrative OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE experience to become familiar with general principles of adult education and the design/delivery of educational modules. A master's degree in education or a business related field may be substituted for 2 years experience.
