Annual training is required by the Department of Education for all personnel who have been designated as a Campus Security Authority. |

Chief Objective of Position | The Director of Institutional Compliance/Title IX Coordinator will lead efforts to prevent discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct on campus, while also fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. The Director manages the university’s efforts to bring awareness to and ensure compliance of faculty, staff, and students, through its policies, procedures, and practices, with the institution’s legal obligations under Title IX, The Clery Act, and Civil Rights Act under federal and state law. This position will also partner with Athletics on the application of Title IX policies within Intercollegiate Athletics. The Director oversees and coordinates investigations, responses, and resolutions to complaints. The Director will oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs. |
