Help us transform South Carolina’s flagship campus into a nationally recognized hub for innovation and data-driven excellence. In this high-impact, on-site role, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative AI development initiatives and turn emerging technologies into secure, scalable solutions that serve the university community. You will work at the intersection of technology, innovation, and higher education while helping establish USC as a leader in the responsible adoption and use of AI for academic, research, and administrative success. The Director of Enterprise AI Development provides strategic leadership, management, and technical oversight for the university’s enterprise AI development efforts. This role leads a dynamic team of developers, application analysts, and research facilitators and works closely with university stakeholders and IT partners. The director guides AI adoption, integration, and development, implementing secure and scalable solutions aligned with institutional priorities and recommended practices. Key Responsibilities
