We’re seeking a Director of Academic Faculty Development to join our team in the Office of Faculty Affairs. In this position you will foster connection & integration between the work to improve teaching and the success of our students. Through the development and dissemination of relevant programming, you will form and strengthen a bridge between activities of Faculty Affairs, the Center for Teaching Excellence, and the Office for Student Success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field plus ten years of experience in management, program development, adult education/professional development, leadership training, or closely related experience.

The ideal applicant may also have a PhD with experience in:

  • Supervisory or leadership positions
  • Working with student success in academic programs
  • Faculty development and/or as an academic faculty member
  • Leading programming in Teaching/Learning Program Development such as ACUE
