Shift
Primarily days Monday – Friday Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Additional hours as needed
Job Summary
  • Aids faculty, administrators and others in college level initiatives through evaluation and assessment designs, constructing datasets and merging data from a variety of sources; determining and executing appropriate statistical and qualitative analyses; and summarizing and reporting out findings.

  • Design and oversee centralized data collection and management for College of Public Health. This includes storage, access, manipulation and reporting. Coordinate with administration, staff, and faculty to gather data needed for College and program evaluation and/or review and accreditation reporting (ASPPH, CEPH, CAHME).

  • Serve on college and university level committees related to data, assessment, and accreditation. Prepare and submit annual reports for ASPPH, CEPH, CPE, SACS, and others. Manages College’s TCE process.

  • Works with various campus constituents to facilitate usage of institutional and college level data for College goal setting, assessment, and strategic planning, with a focus on continual improvement.

  • Act as communication liaison to CEPH, ASPPH, University Office of Institutional Effectiveness, and Institutional Research Analytics (IRADS).

  • Provides support for the College’s strategic planning, budgeting and assessment processes.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree plus experience working in an academic environment.
