Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ECE Undergraduate Office’s front desk. Serves as the first point of contact for students, faculty and staff in the Department and is responsible for managing the ECE Undergraduate Office email account. Assists ECE Undergraduate Office Director with course scheduling and data input. Provides administrative oversight to the Academy of Machine Learning, Computer Engineering Minor, and ECE Honors Program; this includes working with prospective minor students, and conducting citation and minor clearances for graduating students in each program. Coordinates the hiring process for the Undergraduate Teaching Fellows, and coordinates textbook orders for the Department. Oversees the application process for ENEE499/488 Research Project/Independent Study program. Manages the ECE Peer Mentor Program. Administers other special programs as needed. The A.
