|The Coordinator of Educational Operations is responsible for coordinating all course-related operations including but not limited to classroom assignments, course activation, course directory maintenance, and lecture recording. The Coordinator will act as a liaison between faculty/departments and technical support services. Duties also include general support for the MPH core curriculum as well as oversight for the ISP and Leadership courses. The Coordinator will also assist the Director with various projects or special assignments, when needed.|
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus three years of related experience.

Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform duties and responsibilities as required. Must have a broad understanding of the mission, structure, and operational function of an academic program.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to interact with administrators, faculty, and students. Must have outstanding organizational/planning skills and be able to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy. Must have direct experience in program management, and the ability to initiate and complete projects on time, with available resources and minimal direction preferred. Must be comfortable working in teams and possess an outstanding ability to engage with others in a highly collaborative environment.
Masters degree in a related discipline preferred.
Three years of full-time academic administrative experience at the college or university level, preferably within: Degree Audit, Academic Advising, Transfer Center and/or Registrar's Office. Experience with system set up and implementation (i.e. server/web platform).
Departmental Course Scheduling 20%:
Classroom management: Requesting rooms, checking R25, managing changes up to and throughout the semester, responding to ad hoc requests for classrooms, connecting faculty and staff to classroom-related resources, scheduling Mailman School teaching space.Coordinating certificate schedules: Ensuring department schedules align to prevent conflicts between course requirements.Course directory maintenance: Adding new courses to directory, uploading schedule every semester, making changes as needed, working with Richard to ensure database is functional and up-to-date.
Core Scheduling 10%:
Creating/updating core schedule: Working with OEP and core faculty to design core map and core module schedule that meets curricular and scheduling needs, maintaining schedules for each cohort in real time, identifying timeslots for other core events.Core classrooms: Requesting rooms from CUMC, checking R25 regularly to ensure reservations are accurate, acquiring rooms for other core events.
Course Registration 20%:
SIS activation/updating: Active all courses, add instructors and schedule, make changes throughout registration period and semester, create tutorials, activate registration courses, create new courses. Core/ISP batch registration: Prepare documents for registrar in specialized format to batch register all incoming MPH students for core, ISP, and Leadership; work with OSA to track and make changes and additions following batch registration.
ISP and Leadership Coordination 10%:
Scheduling: Identify timeslots and classrooms for all ISP and Leadership sessions and Student enrollment: Assign students to sections, field requests for section changes in conjunction with Director.Faculty coordination: Work with faculty to assign timeslots, manage requests for changes
Echo 360 lecture recordings 10%:
Core recordings: Schedule all core lectures to be recorded, create CourseWorks documents to distribute recordings to students, connect students and faculty to troubleshooting resources.
Department recordings: Schedule recordings for all departmental courses that request it, post recordings on CourseWorks, connect students and faculty to troubleshooting resources.
General Core Support 20%:
Support the rest of OEP as needed in staffing core events, creating core assessments, proctoring exams, overseeing part-time staff, attending meetings, and supporting the Director in other assigned projects/assignments.
