Hall Health Center (HHC) on the UW Seattle Campus is an AAAHC-accredited outpatient multispecialty practice affiliated with UW Medicine. We provide high quality health care to UW students, staff, faculty, and community members. Our mission is to support student success by providing excellent access to high quality patient-centered care. Hall Health Center currently has an outstanding opportunity for an 80-100% FTE Chief of Clinical Services. This individual provides oversight of Hall Health’s clinical leadership for operational management. This individual also provides leadership for our quality improvement and risk management activities, serves as an expert patient care consultant, and leads activities related to professional standards and practice management. The Chief of Clinical Services supervises Primary Care, OB/GYN, Sports Medicine, and Physical Therapy clinicians with UW faculty appointments. We have onsite x-ray, lab, and pharmacy services, and we function in a fully integrated EMR environment, closely affiliated with other UW Medicine practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Care:

•     All elements of the Physician I, II and III categories.
•     Provides direct patient care 30-50% of scheduled work time.
•     Serves as a medical consultant to other health care staff at HHC.
•     With the Director and other appropriate clinicians, coordinates medical care for patients with unusual or difficult problems.

Administration:

•     Performs administrative work 50-70% of scheduled work time.
