Position Summary | The W&M Raymond A. Mason School of Business is seeking an engaging and driven Associate Director of Admissions & Recruitment for MBA programs. Reporting directly to the Director, Admissions & Recruitment for MBA Programs, the Associate Director is part of a high-performing admissions and enrollment team responsible for identifying and engaging prospective students for the MBA programs and leading them through to enrollment at W&M. Specifically, the Associate Director is responsible for ensuring the successful attraction, recruitment, matriculation, and retention of high-caliber domestic and international students for the MBA programs. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Conditions of Employment | • The Associate Director must be willing (without hesitation or schedule conflict) to travel extensively and consecutively for significant periods of time throughout the entire calendar year both internationally and domestically (up to, but not limited to 8 months of travel). This includes frequent evening work, weekend work and work over some university recognized paid holidays. |
