Job Summary
Responsibilities
Comply with institutional, College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW), and NCAA rules and regulations.
Extensive domestic travel required. Secondary departmental responsibilities will be assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation.
Serve on departmental committees. Represent the University of Chicago in professional, alumni, and civic functions.
Direct the work of student workers and volunteer assistant coaches.
Has a moderate/high level of authority to participate in staff meetings, individual planning meetings, and parent-student staffings.
Helps staff to plan and execute events.
Performs other related work as needed.

Master's degree.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of significant and relevant playing or teaching/coaching experience in Lacrosse at the professional, collegiate, or high school level.
Licenses or Certifications:
Valid driver's license required.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
Preferred Competencies
Familiarity with NCAA rules and Division III philosophy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments concurrently.
Working Conditions
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Must be able to drive to recruiting events.
