Position Summary
Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Women’s Golf program including but not limited to: practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. All degrees must be from fully accredited institutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience coaching golf preferred. Experience as a student-athlete at the intercollegiate level or playing golf at the professional level. Knowledge of and familiarity NCAA rules and regulations. Good organizational, interpersonal communications and computer skills necessary.
