Essential Functions

The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Health and Disease at the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine seek cardiology faculty candidates with heart failure expertise and training to support the continued growth of heart failure and heart transplant services at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Campus. Department of Internal Medicine faculty at University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) are expected to contribute to ambulatory and hospital-based care, maintain active engagement in our education and training missions and participate in quality improvement, safety and research projects.


Minimum Requirements

Applicants are required to have board certification in Internal Medicine, board eligibility or certification in Cardiology, ability to obtain an unrestricted Ohio Medical License and DEA license. Applicants with previous experience in heart failure will be considered for this opportunity. Applicants for faculty positions must qualify for a full-time faculty position at the rank(s) of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor in the Department of Medicine.
